What We Do To Keep You Safe
What we do:
- Our office may communicate with you before your appointment to ask some screening questions. You’ll be asked those same questions again when you are in the office.
- We will take your temperature upon your arrival with a NON-CONTACT forehead thermometer.
- We have hand sanitizer that we will ask you to use when you enter the office. You will also find some in the reception area and other places in the office for you to use as needed.
- You may see that our waiting room will no longer offer magazines, children’s toys and so forth, since those items are difficult to clean and disinfect.
- Appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing between patients. That might mean that you’re offered fewer options for scheduling your appointment.
- We will do our best to allow greater time between patients to reduce waiting times for you, as well as to reduce the number of patients in the reception area at any one time.
- If you’d rather wait in your car until we’re ready for you, please arrive a few minutes early and call our office when you’re in the parking lot. We will let you know when to come in.
- We assure you that we have proper PPE to provide your dental care in a safe environment.
- We’ve installed air purifiers with a UV-C sterilization feature to improve the quality of air in our office.
- In addition to following our usual strict infection control protocols for sterilization of instruments and disinfecting our operatories, we also use EPA approved disinfecting products to keep the common areas of our office safe and clean
